ICE
reports
First,
I will talk about the ICE report old vs new. Looking at the career interest
assessment. The first time I took the
test I got high mark in the diagnostics services. This does not surprise
me. I like to work on things and see how
they work. I have done this type of work for the past 30 years. The health,
safety, and environmental assurance being in the second area really surprises
me. Never have given any thought to this area. Number three is the
environmental service systems. A little bit of thought in this area. But not
high on my list. Number four is therapeutic services, never gave this any
thought. Design/pre-construction is an area that I have worked with and like
this area. On the new report I think this is more in line of some things I
might be interested in. On the skills confidence assessment I think that the
second time is truer of what I’m thinking. In Super work I think there is mix
of the old and new. The old number 1 independence I believe this very true.
Next the number 1 on the new creativity would be my number 2. Number 3 would be
variety which is the same on both lists.
The rest would be a mix of all the rest.
Learning
styles
I took
this test again before doing this report. My scores are 7, 4 and 6. First is
the auditory. The first thing never miss
a class. I do everything I can do not miss a class. This brothers me a lot when I do. I tried
taping my lectures back in the day. I never did or rarely did if at all. 3-5 I
have not done. It may help if I did, but
don’t believe I will be doing this. Looking at the kinesthetic approach, the
number one thing I like it. It is build and do it. I like this idea a lot. With the visual approach there are some
things I like and might try to do. I like to see some things done or see a
video of what needs to be done.
Personality
inventory ISTP
I do
not reminder the first time I took the test. If I thought I needed it I might
have saved it. But taking it for a second time, I think I agree with the
results. Question number 1 yes I’m very much have introverted characteristics.
Don’t like going out or change in my life. With question number 2 there is a
mix of both areas. But lean more one way than the other. Question #3 this is
very true for me. Question #4 reading the definition I believe this very true
in my life. I have learned to take things as they come. This gets my in trouble part of the
time.
